1) Laneline's Dogs of the past and present. [33 Images]
Some of these hounds are from when I was a child and we had nothing but "grade dogs". But don't let that fool you, I have yet to seen a pedigree or registration paper run a rabbit. I have yet to find the "Copper" from my youth nor has my brother found his "King". But we are still trying, and yes Copper was better... Some are pictures of good gun dogs that we had before we were hooked on the strain we now have.

A mixture of Pictures and Stud Ads of Great Gun & Field Trial dogs, some dating back to 1922 until just a few years back. Enough gratitude cannot be expressed towards the Breeders that laid the foundation for not only these dogs but the dogs that we all Gun Hunt & Field Trial today; Willet Randall, Hiram Card, L. M. Watson & Frank Reese just to name a few who happen to be my personal “idols” in the Beagle world. As breeders, may we never be kennel blind and may our motives and intentions be pure, for the betterment of the HUNTING Beagle.
